Took awhile to come but so worth it! Got it at a good price as well. Can finally do stretches and ab exercises at home now!

Solid piece of exercise equipment! I've been using it daily. Includes bands, knee pad, phone holder, and timer. Only wish it included a workout guide but there seems to be a ton of different moves you can do on it.
